Who we are
This website is operated by CustomsPilot.Ai ("we", "us"), a customs operations software company based in India. This policy covers customspilot.in. The product itself, at app.customspilot.in, handles customer shipment data under its own terms and the security practices described on this site.
What we collect
When you book a demo we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, type of business, filing volume and main ports. We also record the time of your request and a technical fingerprint of your connection (a one-way hash of your IP address) so we can detect abuse. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about CustomsPilot.Ai, to schedule and run your walkthrough, and to prevent spam. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored and for how long
Demo requests are stored in a database on a server hosted in India. We keep them for as long as needed to follow up with you, and delete them within 24 months of the last contact unless you become a customer.
Your rights
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to us using the contact details we provide when we respond to your request, and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers to host this website. They process data only on our instructions. Fonts and scripts on this site are served from our own domain.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
